Well, six months after we first broke ground our new rental space is now complete. Just a few more details to take care of but we will be putting the studio out to rent any day now. Between the pace of construction in Mexico, Christmas holiday delays, a sick contractor, visiting friends, lack of motivation and an injured wife the project took a couple months longer than we hoped but we really really like it!
